Baptist Union of Western Canada
The Baptist Union of Western Canada is the denomination to which Broadmoor belongs. Baptist Union of Western Canada - BC Area The BC Area of the Baptist Union of Western Canada is the provincial arm of the denomination. It focuses on the needs and ministries of the BUWC churches in BC. Canadian Baptist Ministries Canadian Baptist Ministries is an umbrella organization for four Baptist denominations across Canada. Its primary focuses are supporting member churches and coordinating missions work for member churches. The Sharing Way The Sharing Way is the relief and development branch of Canadian Baptist Ministries. Evangelical Fellowship of Canada The Evangelical Fellowship of Canada (EFC) is a national association of evangelical Christians. It exists to bring Canadian churches and Christians together for greater impact in mission, ministry and witness. Broadmoor is a member of EFC. Christianity Today Christianity Today is a communications ministry that informs, educates, connects and supports church and Christians. This is a huge site that should have something for everyone. Canadian Christianity This is a news website that comes from a Christian point of view. They feature provincial, national and international news, as well as sections on the arts, films, missions, education, jobs and upcoming events. It is published by the Christian Info Society of Canada who publish the BC Christian News monthly newspaper. St. Johns Richmond A new Anglican church in Richmond that meets at BBC. Kinbrace Kinbrace House provides supportive transitional housing for refugee claimants in Vancouver and is a ministry of Salsbury Community Society which is part of our sister church Grandview Calvary Baptist. Richmond Shares This is a website that helps people who have extra furniture and household items connect with those in need. HomeStart HomeStart is a non-profit Christian humanitarian organization helping people re-establish a home. Working in partnership with over 70 member agencies, they give donated home furnishings to people in need. |
