Scripture: Genesis 21:1–7 — “Now the Lord was gracious to Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did for Sarah what He had promised.”
God’s promises don’t depend on human possibility, they rest on His power.
When Sarah laughed at the thought of bearing a child in her old age, God turned that laughter of disbelief into laughter of joy. What seemed impossible became the evidence of His faithfulness.
From Isaac to Jesus, God’s story is one of miracles born out of impossibility. The road to Bethlehem is paved with moments where God does what only He can do.
When God speaks, even the most unlikely situations become the stage for His glory. Advent reminds us that His Word never fails. Not then, not now.
Prayer: Lord, thank You that nothing is too hard for You. Strengthen my faith to believe that You can still bring life to places that feel barren and hopeless.
