Are you new to Canada? Are you interested to learn or improve your English and learn about the Canadian culture?
For more than 15 years, Broadmoor’s ELL program has helped new immigrants and residents in their English language development giving them the confidence to engage with English speakers in their community. Our multi-level classes span from Beginners, Intermediate to Advanced levels and cover four learning areas of speaking, listening, reading and writing. To teach the classes, we have a team of dedicated volunteers who are qualified, experienced and passionate in sharing their knowledge.
Our ELL classes are conducted in a friendly and warm church environment with occasional field trips where students will have practical learning experience apart from the classroom curriculum. Additionally, there are numerous opportunities for social interaction and friendship building during our coffee breaks, special lunch celebrations and events e.g. Easter, Christmas.
For more information, please contact Margaret Chen (ELL Coordinator) through the church office.
